Ammonium Dibutyl Dithiophosphate
Dithiophosphates Series

Ammonium Dibutyl Dithiophosphate

Molecular Formula: (C4H9O)2PSSNH4

Used as a collector suitable for the flotation of sulfide minerals such as copper, lead, zinc, and nickel. It has some foaming ability. In weakly alkaline pulp, it shows weak collecting ability for pyrite and pyrrhotite but strong selectivity, especially for galena. It improves the separation of galena from pyrite and chalcopyrite from pyrite, creating favorable conditions for cyanide‑free separation processes.
